Delivered on time and easy setup. Not as soft or mushy that I wanted. Comfortable and easy to change sheets. I like the controls and I am able to adjust in minor changes.

Solid bed.. too solid. Convenient

Solid bed.. too solid. Convenient to order and set up. Within 2 days, it was the full shape and firmness. The challenge is that it is so firm that I feel like I am sleeping on a carpeted floor. The padding in my carpeting may be more forgiving than this mattress. I chose the least firm one on purpose and cannot imagine a bed being even more rigid. Hoping that it will relax over time - if not, I will need a thick mattress topper to be able to sleep without waking up throughout the night.
