Great at first but its already getting soft and collapsing after two years

I like the mattress but after two its so soft and I feel like I sink in. I rotated according to directs to even the wear and its still "squishy." I feel like it has broke down.

If you are looking for a mattress that is soft in all the right places and still supportive, this is it. It’s just the right combination of support and squishy. You lay on it and instantly feel relaxed. We love it!

Won’t fully inflate in the center after 72+ hours. I have a bad back so I can’t continue sleeping this way, I will need a refund so I can get a new mattress.
