Do not buy from this company

They say they have a 365 day return policy but there is fine print. Only had the mattress for a little over 3 months and because I haven’t had a chance to open it and sleep on it because I have no room for it at the moment, they said I voided my warranty. Now I am unable to return it. I bought this mattress for the new house I was purchasing but of course because of the market, things went South with that and I have not been able to move yet. Now I am also out the money for this mattress because I cannot return it because I never opened the box.

Make sure you pay close attention to the return policy. It is very misleading and the fine print will get you.

Not enough support

There’s no edge support so it’s uncomfortable to sit on the edge of the bed because it just collapses. I’ve woken up with upper back pain for the last few weeks and my partner has started having hip pain from sleeping on this bed. It conforms to you but there’s no support. It also sleeps very hot.

Very pleased with my new Nectar mattress. Not too soft, just right. My back feels much better now. Excellent mattress! Would recommend to anyone who desires a good night's rest.

Comfortable but hot

We purchased this mattress since it was supposed to keep you cool. We tried it without a mattress protector and with one. Both ways I still woke up sweaty and hot. Comfortable mattress but not cooling.
