We called a few weeks after getting the mattress to inform them we wanted to return it due to this. They did not allow it because it was not 30 days. They sent us a thin topper to try which do not solve the issue.

TRULY COMFORTABLE

I wasn't sure about ordering a bed online like this but took a chance anyway. Truly turned out to be super easy to order, arrived fairly quickly and ended up being very comfortable. So much so, we ordered a 2nd one!
