So comfortable!

My husband and I were in need of a new mattress. The hassle of going to a show room and dealing with salespeople seemed daunting. I contacted Nectar Customer Support with my questions and they helped me select the Nectar Premiere Copper Mattress. We've had it about 2 months, it is supportive yet soft.

It is so comfortable

My nectar is so comfortable and doesn't get hot. My neck and back wake up with no soreness in the morning. I also really like how light it is and easy to move.

A Customer that Wants a REFUND. We Do NOT like This Mattress

To whom it May Concern. We purchased our Mattress in June of 2021 and have been trying to Return and get a Refund for over 6 months now. We simply do not like this mattress. My husband is Disabled and finds the mattress way to soft for him with the sides Squishing down when weight placed on them. He has fallen out of bed several times. ALSO, He needs to sit on the side of the Bed to put his prosthetic leg on and the Mattress sides sink down so much - it is very Ackward to do what he needs to do. He has written to "Jennifer" at customer service several times. According to your guarantee, we can request to return the mattress and get a refund for 365 days. We have asked several times and we still do not have a refund as of June 3rd, 2022
