I also purchased the box spring (?) but found the legs made it too high. We removed the legs and now it’s too low.
Also, the sides of the mattress cave down along the edges so we have to turn it regularly.
It took about 4 days for the odor to dissipate. But that’s better than most furniture. And the odor was not as offensive as most. It smelled kinda like cereal.
Shipping and promptness was fantastic.

New bed

We have only had the bed for a month. We like it some days and others we don't. We are still trying to get used it to since it is so different from what we have had before. I can say that is definitely is not cooling it is way hitter then our previous bed. But Hopefully I will re review in a couple months and love it.
