The mattress was decent for me. A little too firm. But it was not a good fit for my fiancé. She experienced really bad back pains after the 2nd/3rd night. She gave it a full week before she gave up and went to sleep on the couch instead. The pain was unbearable for her. She said the pains went away after she slept on the couch. We will be returning

I went from a regular mattress to this foam mattress for 2 reasons. #1 Shoulder pain & #2 I get hot. I still get hot. But it does help a little. This is there best mattress with copper infused. I wear a copper sleeve for the tendinitis in my elbow it, takes away 90% of the pain. The copper in the mattress takes away "0" Zero. I am a side sleeper that wakes up to switch sides because of the pain in my shoulder. Not to happy because it doesn't really help either of my issues!

Not for me, but Nectar stood behind their guarantee

I had a Nectar mattress for 11 months. I found the mattress to be too warm for my liking, although my wife loved the added warmth and did not require the use of an electric blanket. We decided this mattress was not for us. I reached out to the customer support group to initiate a return using the 365 night guarantee. I the steps I had to follow are clearly spelled out in their return information available on the website. I expected the process to be difficult, but it was very easy and within days of providing proof of pickup, my credit card was refunded. I give Nectar 5 stars as a company and would recommend them to family and friends
