Best purchase I have ever made on a mattress. I love it and I haven’t slept so good in a very long time. My Boyfriend has a Nectar and he told me to get one. I’m glad I did. Love it. I don’t want to get out of bed.

I love the mattress! I awake with zero back pain. I sleep comfortably whether I'm on my back or my side. I can even fall asleep on my opposite side, which I've never been able to do before my Nectar mattress. I'm happy with my mattress purchase.

Awesome Mattress

I love this mattress. It is very comfortable without being too soft or too stiff for my personal taste. My parents have a temperpedic mattress but I still prefer this mattress for comfort as well as a much cheaper price. The sheet set is convenient, but personally I
prefer a higher thread count.

Amazing service!

Unfortunately I had to return my mattress. Not because it was uncomfortable in any way. I have mast cell activation and my body is incredibly sensitive to smells, fabrics, foods, chemicals, medicine... you name it. We made a decision to return and it was an effortless hassle free easy fast and amazing experience. I hope to repurchase one day in the future when I heal. Thank you for an incredible hassle free experience!

Difficulty Returning

We got our mattress and immediately decided we wanted to return it due to it being too soft and being too hot despite it being advertised as a cooling mattress. We contacted customer service immediately but they said that since it’s not a defective mattress, we had to wait 30 days to start the return process. We don’t have space to just store an extra mattress so we’ve had to sleep on an uncomfortable, hot mattress for the past month.
