Not expanding

I've had my mattress for a week now, but it hasn't fully expanded in the middle. I sent pics per customer support, but haven't heard anything back. I sent the email 2 days ago.

Great mattress

I've had my Nectar mattress for about a month now and I'm loving it. I started mattress shopping because my old mattress was causing hip pain. After reading the reviews of the Nectar, I was sold and I'm so glad I was. I have no more hip pain, my back feels great and I'm sleeping much better.

Some say it’s smart packaging that they store the pieces for your bed frame inside the back of the headboard. But because they placed the metal facing up in mine, it ripped through my headboard during shipment. On top of that the box and headboard were wet… I messaged live support three times, each time they asked for proof, I sent it, they said yes we got the pictures, can I have your information? I send it to them and then they never responded. I requested a replacement within 20 minutes of receiving my package, the pictures were clear, I gave all my info, so there was no reason to not at least try to help with this.

Hard uncomfortable.. return has been nothing be a hassle.. Have been trying to get my money returned and matress returned for 6 weeks and still not complete.. The worst
