Poor instructions for the adjustable bed frame

Purchased a full size adjustable frame. Very heavy and not packed well. Boxes packed inside the frame were loose and one of the piston rods had come off. I found the cotter pin on the piston because it was magnetized.
No where in the instructions tells you how to get the power connected. It also tells you that the legs can be shortened on the page following the page that first tells you to to screw the legs in.
There are no instructions on how the remote control works. They need to provide a cheat sheet to links that would show all the steps.

I no longer wake up with a lower back ache as I did with our old mattress most mornings. Also, I don't notice when my husband moves around in bed as much. However, we are trying to figure out how to keep it from sliding towards one side as we find it hanging over a couple inches on that side in the morning. We may need a different base.
