Every business sometimes has defective products. Well, that is what happened to me. I ordered a king size mattress and when it came we opened it and found that it was defective. I called Nectar support and talked to a very nice gentlemen. He instructed me as to what I needed to do from that moment on. I took pictures and sent description of the problem. When they received the pictures and information, they immediately sent another mattress. The minute we opened the box and place the mattress on the frame I knew it was perfect! Thank you so much, Nectar, for being a quality company! I will purchase from you whenever I am in need of a great mattress.

Great mattress! It was easy to get out of the box and easy to put on the frame. Give it a few hours and it is very comfortable.

The label on the box clearly shows my apartment number with UPSTAIRS DELIVERY MANDATORY -
DESPITE THE INSTRUCTIONS - IT WAS LEFT DOWNSTAIRS AND AS A SENIOR I HAVE NO POSSIBLE WAY OF CARRYING A BED UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS.

Best Mattress EVER

I have bought 8 of these mattresses for rental properties that I own and I also have multiple in my own house. I've even convinced neighbors and friends to buy them. Everyone always calls to tell me what a good decision it was. Big fan of Nectar. I will always buy these for future houses.

Terrible Mattress

I received this mattress about two years ago, and have tried sleeping in every possible position and side of it. The mattress itself has barely any support and it sinks in very quickly. When I received it, I let it spread for a while, but it never reached its full size. I have had back pain because of this mattress and wish I could've received my refund when I had the chance.

This was a very poor purchase for me. I hate the mattress and was told I have to wait 365 days to return. I am very unhappy and will never purchase another Nectar.
