Not comfortable!

It was very comfy the first day after opening it but it quickly became very uncomfortable to sleep on. My back hurts and I'm always tired bc I'm not resting well on this mattress! I would like to be refunded

Two months in and feeling supported!

This is our first memory foam mattress. While it's a lot softer than other mattresses we've owned, which has been difficult to get used to, we've noticed it's also more supportive than other mattresses we've owned and the aches and pains we were waking up with after sleeping on our old mattress have mostly resolved. Our only problem with the mattress is that it's still off-gassing more than two months after we first unpackaged it, which is unpleasant. Hopefully that resolved soon.
