Bed is very comfortable.
A little disappointed in pillows. Seem a little low for real neck support and alignment for side sleepers.

Deformed for the second time

On my second mattress which is also deformed. Customer service is really good but doesn’t make up for the shortcomings of their product. This mattress has been out of the box for 24 hours and looks like a a “w”. Unsatisfactory on every level. And when they send you a new one, you get to dispose of the old one. Meaning donating, or selling on Craigslist etc. because everyone has time for that. Calling them tonight for a full refund.
