Loving my Nectar matress!

I recently made the upgrade from a traditional inner-spring matress to a Nectar matress and I cou;dn't be happier! I sleep all the way through the night and wake up rested. I recommend 100%!

Comfortable but a little warm

I've had the bed for a couple of months now and it's definitely helped with my back issues - I am able to sleep on my back again. However, it has been warm at night and so I'm still trying to figure out if that will work out.

Bad service, ok mattress

Matress and pillows are pretty comfortable.
Not fulfilling the promises on your website about "fast 3-5 day shipping". Which took over 3 weeks to get here and was very unprofessional and frustrating.
The package got here falling apart and had holes and pieces of pallet wood in the box.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. This mattress did not work well for us. I noted having knee and back pain after trying it. It seemed like an easy choice to try it since they advertised such seamless returns. My return inquiry began in November 2021 and now January 2022 they have yet to pick up the return or process my refund. They have partnered with another company ShareTown to facilitate the pickup of the return. Sharetown has both made appointments and failed to show, no call or warning. Then sent false information blaming me for their failed practices. They said that I had refused to reschedule. That was entirely false. Now I'm stuck in waiting as Sharetown continues to delay scheduling and pick up. I am unable to purchase another mattress because both of these companies have no regard for our time, efforts, or money tired up in this matter. I do not recommend trying this mattress unless you are committed to keeping it without the possibility of returning. I intend to make this known to as many customers as possible because it has been very unfortunate and totally frustrating.
