This mattress is a lot

This mattress is a lot softer than expected. I find it sinks drastically when in a sitting position and is a little firmer in laying postion.

Comfortable but HOT!!!

Bed is comfortable. However - there must be a hidden heater in mine. Could you send someone to remove it. I am constantly waking up sweating - then cold then repeat. All night long. It’s very irritating as I am forced to reshower in the morning after sweating so much!!! I just can’t imagine why it’s so hot - I thought at first I just needed to adjust but it’s been a few months and I am ready for a change. Hate waking up soaked every day!
