Firmer than expected

Ordered with a warranty which was applied to a cheaper mattress I also bought. Warranty cancelled but never given opportunity to apply to correct mattress. Would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Great mattress with a great test trial period

We started buying Nectar mattresses a couple of years ago. We have been very pleased so far. Their delivery service has been really good and the mattress easy to set up. Their guarantee is very comforting.

Back feels better

At first I thought this mattress was going to be to soft. I let it lay out for 8+ hours after delivery, then slept on it that night. Well after a couple of days it got its full shape and was pretty dang firm! I then thought it was going to be too firm. But after living with it for a few months, I have really gotten to like this mattress. Not to soft, not to firm, just right. My back feels better, although it took about a month of sleeping on this for the back pain to go away. I don't have the lower back pain like I use to. The temperature of it is just right too.
