Save yourself the hassle…

My husband and I purchased a king size mattress on November 22, 2021 that was delivered on the 26th. We were really happy with how quickly our mattress arrived and we’re eager to open it up as soon as it arrived at our door. We started to grow disappointed though as we noticed our mattress wasn’t expanding correctly. We have it two weeks to be totally sure, but it ended up only being 9 inches high, the end wouldn’t uncurl and there was a 8 inch gap between the end of the mattress and our bed frame. It didn’t even get close to expanding as it should have. We contacted customer service on December 11th and they sent us a replacement for free. Unfortunately we had the exact same issue… ugh. Thankfully they offered us a full refund and had someone reach out to us to pick the mattress up for donation. I however will never recommend Nectar again because of this. We are really disappointed and now will have to start shopping for a new mattress all over again.

Not as comfortable as I was hoping for. My other memory foam mattress was more comfortable for a cheaper price.

Love our new Nectar mattress ! We lay down now and boom we are out for the night. Bought one also for my 90 year old mother and she sleeps 8-9 hrs now at night.

I never thought in a milion years that I would buy a bed-in-a-box! My old bed was a 2-1/2 year old, traditional mattress that already had a concave divot in the middle. Every morning, I'd wake up and something would hurt! I've had surgery on both shoulders, so sleeping on my side was virtually impossible. My SIL had recently purchased a competitor's bed-ina-box and loved it so I started researching them. I stumbled onto Nectar, did some cost and performance comparisons. It was clear to me that Nectar stood out. I took a chance and ordered one. Yes, it did come in a box which was amazing. The instructions to unpack and set it up were clear and easy to do. By nighttime, I had a new bed to sleep on.
It did take pretty much a whole week to completely fill out. Every night, I lay down and think to myself that its a little firmer than I like and with that, I'm asleep, like magic! I used to get overheated and toss around but with the Nectar bed, I'm comfortable all night long. There's only one thing I dislike about the bed . . . it's so comfortable, I don't want to get-up! Great bed!
