Setup was super easy. Mattress expanded correctly. The mattress is on the firmer side. Sometimes as I fell asleep, I felt like the heaviest parts of my body (my lower body) were sinking further into the bed while my poor head and shoulders remained floating. Both my partner's and I's bodies took a month or so to adjust. We were both waking up kind of sore and felt soreness throughout the day - a few weeks tops. That feeling has gone away now, but I'm still thinking of getting a mattress topper that conforms to our bodies more. I admit I worried for a little bit about the thought of returning it, however that feeling has subsided.
I am 140lbs and my husband is 160lbs. We both go from side to side and to our backs. I never wake up anymore at my partner turning in his sleep. I also don't get the dreaded heat trap where you keep falling into the dip your body made in these types of mattresses. I also sit up to watch TV frequently in the bed, and it's comfortable for that too.
