I can’t believe how comfortable this bed is. It feels fairly soft but not so soft that I sink in too much. I’m 6’0” and 205 so not a small man. Also the pillows are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, both supportive and soft

I read reviews before buying. Some were very positive. Some accused it of being too soft and some of it being too hard. With the range like that I figured it was neither too soft nor too hard and in fact, this mattress is perfect for me. It gently cushions you but at the same time has strength and firmness. The achey joints I got from sleeping on an expired mattress are all gone. I sleep through the night and awaken refreshed and comfortable and happy. I sleep changing periodically between my side or back. Never stomach because that is bad for your neck. Bed is not hot either, there is truth too at least it doesn't make you feel warmer. It's very comfortable.
