Excellent decision to upgrade our old style spring mattress. Nectar is not only super comfortable but as a light sleeper I no longer wake up when my husband moves around or gets up! It’s amazing!

Sleep so good

At first we weren’t sure about the mattress because it feels so soft but it perfectly contours to your body that you just melt into the mattress. It is so relaxing and makes for a wonderful sleep

Firmly soft mattress

I believe on the website Nectar describes their mattress as not one that you sink into, but one that molds around you. It's quite an accurate description. This mattress felt soft enough when we received it and just had it on the carpet waiting for our bedframe to arrive but once we put it on the frame and added sheets, it reminded me of, specifically, a bed from the Holiday Inn. That is not a bad thing, I've slept on great beds at the Holiday Inn, lol. The firmness of it is what I'm referring to. It wasn't a problem for me but my husband likes to sleep on a bed that I describe as a "cloud"; so I added a 3 inch memory foam topper to make it more plush and that did the trick. One thing I will say is that even with the memory foam topper we don't get hot which is great because we are both warm sleepers.

Unhappy with WARRANTY

To all new potential Nectar customers please read the fine print.
I recently purchased a king and queen mattress from Nectar. Your new mattress will come in a large box, the mattress will be vacuumed in a bag, so the mattress is compacted for shipping.
Because of my heart related health issues I was not able to handle the heavy weight of the mattresses and set them up myself.
I was forced to wait approximately 4 months until my son-n-law could come and help me who lives 10 hours away.
The king mattress was unboxed and expanded fine.
The queen on the other hand didn't expand fully. Some of the corners are still flat.
I reached out to Nectar with my concerns about the mattress not expanding fully.
I was I formed my Warranty was voided due to miss use because I had left the mattress in the same box it was packaged and shipped in longer than 90 days.
So if you order a Nectar mattress be ready to set up your mattress quickly, don't fall victim like me and be stuck with a mattress you can't use.
I wasn't aware of the 90 day period of leaving the mattress in the box that would void my Warranty all together.
The king mattress so far has slept well, the wife is impressed with comfort.
Please don't be like me and make a mistake.
