First Mattress I’ve Ever Purchased

This is after several weeks of ownership and I can say with certainty this is the best mattress I’ve ever owned. My 26 years of my life I’ve spent on free Mattresses which were worn out years before they got to me. I experienced terrible sleep and various body aches until I started sleeping on this mattress. I fall asleep quicker, my quality of sleep is better, and I don’t have as many body aches. If I had a time machine I would tell myself to get this Mattress years ago.

I'm not impressed, but not disappointed either. Glad I didn't pay full asking price. We like the sheets a lot, but not that impressed with the mattress.

So-so

It took a long time to puff up (72 plus hours). The mattress was too firm for me - had to add a three inch mattress topper to help with my hips and shoulders (side sleeper). Hate that I can’t sit on the edge of the bed to put shoes/socks on. No integrity/support at the edges like an innerspring mattress (especially at the bottom - be careful! Nearly busted my butt on numerous occasions!). Lastly, I found no heat relief from this mattress though I have been using a topper so maybe that negates my assessment. Hate the pillows (hard) and the sheets, while soft, are poorly made (loose stitching at the edges, hanging threads).
Just saying - if you’re going to spend nearly a grand on a mattress. Good news is that it can be returned. Good chance I will be doing just that.

Needs Improvement

If you are a lite person, you will have different outcome. I am a larger person, at 275 lbs. and hairy. With that said I have a King Size the cooling gel is odd. I feel hot when I sleep so sweating is a problem sometimes. I feel the bed just next to me and it feels cool. There is no side support. When sitting on edge I sink down into the bed and I feel like I'm sliding off. I sleep closer to the center of the mattress. I was surprised that the bed is firmer than I expected. I wake several times a night. But I have chronic pain but I have been sleeping longer and feel less pain. Now I'll have to see what the future holds.
