Permanent deep indentation from packaging

I'm writing this review 1 year after my queen mattress purchase (ordered 11-27-20). The matress is decent, a little harder than expected but I'm ok with it. The problem is that near the head of the bed, there is a giant indentation along the width of it from the initial packaging. It falls right where the bottom edge of the pillow is...bascially where you put your shoulders. I kept thinking it would "fill up/expand" after a few months but it never did. It's basically a giant sinkhole across the width of the bed. I know I'm within the 12 month window for returning or exchanging it, but I would need assistance to set up a new bed. My parents set it up for me initially but they moved across the country early this year (I use a walker to get around so physcially I just wouldn't be able to do it). It's rather frustrating bc it's such a huge purchase that is supposed to last me a very long time, but it's kinda been crappy from the start. It was packed so tightly rolled up in the box that it damaged the mattress permanently it seems. Very disappointing. For that reason, I can't recommend it. I don't think I would ever buy a mattress-in-a-box after this experience. Nectar should change their packaging so that it doesn't permanently damage the mattress.

Not for hot sleepers.

Im a little over a month in with it, it is initially comfortable when you first lay on it, but it is a Very warm mattress, even with the cooling mattress cover, it just locks in the heat, and I wake up sweating almost every night, I am a constant side sleeper, and my lower back has been hurting more and more lately unfortunately. I'm going to give it one more month before considering my 365 day money back guarantee. I've read that alot of people have similar issues with their mattress.

Loving my Nectar Mattress. It is really comfortable and you get a good night's rest. Would definitely recommend. I usually sleep hot, I haven't been warm with this new bed.
