Disgusting mold in under a year

Tried to return our Nectar mattress due to being unable to sleep comfortably on it without a back ache every morning. Have had less than a year and when you have to take everything off to take pictures for return, discovered mold on one side. Has been in the Nectar mattress protector since received. Of course warranty is not valid for "environmental issues" so I'm now stuck with a moldy mattress. Never have we ever had mold develop on a mattress. Disgusting. Buyer beware.

Better than expected!

I purchased a bed in a box years ago when they first became available. There are a lot more companies to purchase from and they keep getting better and better. This mattress is very comfortable. Have recommended it to friends were in the market for this type of mattress

best mattress i've ever had

This is my first memory foam mattress, and i've only had it 1 night and i love it. the only think i'm concerned about right now is that it's not fully expanded, still flipped up on the corners quite a few inches. Hoping that will fix itself in the coming days.

Comfortable and supportive! After having a too soft traditional mattress, this one took a little getting used to, but so far, we are very happy with it!

Mattress itself is great

I love the mattress, so comfortable and cooling is great too. The 3 stars comes from the fact that I was sent a defective product, which is ok, things happen. However, it was made my responsibility to dispose of their defective product. Absolutely ridiculous to not have a service or a way to reimburse paying customers that now have to pay to have your defective product removed.
