Never again

The only positive thing about Nectar was the convenience of shopping online. The worse sleep of my life, I don't want to return it because I don't want to deal with the hassle and I cant be without a mattress. I'm going to try to return and repost if they make it impossible

We were told that the mattress being sold online was comparable to the one in the local Mattress Firm store. Two Twin XL were ordered and their firmness were completely different. We were asked to produce a weight test which is an absolute joke since nothing except the feel on the human body will dictate the firmness and not a random object. Thinking we would get a more firmer mattress, one was returned only to get the exact same thing. My only suspicion is that your quality control is way off or you just don't care.

BEST. DECISION. EVER.

Best thing I ever did for myself was upgrade my mattress. And the Nectar mattress is the one I took a chance on and I'm so glad I did. I had TONS of back/shoulder/neck pain. This Nectar mattress got rid of all that. They also had this service where people bring you your mattress, set it up for you, and take away your old one. Little me couldn't do that solo.
Just buy one and try it out. You'll end up keeping it and telling all your friends and family like I am. I intend to buy a bigger mattress from them in a few years and this Queen will be the guest bed.
*I've had this for a little over a year and it's still super comfortable. No change. Only comfort.

What a great mattress!

We have had our mattress for a little over 6 weeks, set up. What a relief to get a good night's sleep! We had some concerns about the foam composition but have found it to be comfortable and well supporting. The extra benefits were the sheet set/mattress cover/pillows! Great quality and they do add to the luxurious feel of the bed. We have trouble getting the dogs out of bed in the morning now, so yes, they love the mattress too! This was one product I believe Consumer Reports missed the mark on, we are glad we purchased it and recommend to everyone we know! Thanks Nectar!

Purchased this mattress. hoping to find comfort for a husband who has back problems. Unfortunately this mattress accelerates his back pain. It is Too soft. We would like to return the bed and ask for our money back. I would like to know how to reach you about this matter.

Not a fan at first

I received the mattress and it was so easy to take out of the package all by myself. It took me a while to get use to it. Actually about 2weeks later. Now I love it I would definitely recommend it to someone.
