So far my new mattress has been very good. I would have rated it a 5 but I want more time to pass to see if it starts to break down after six months to a year.

Good quality; way too soft for personal preference

The mattress is overall very high quality for the price; however, for me, the mattress is just way too soft. Sinking into the bed sounds like a good idea in theory, but for me, it just doesn't work. I notice I have been waking up sore (mainly on my side) since the night we started using it. My wife, on the other hand, loves it. Overall, I'd say it's a a good quality mattress for the price, but it's not something I would buy again due to my personal preference.

Not the best

Maybe once again i chose the wrong mattress. Went and layed on the the premier at rooms to go and it felt great. Why not get the best of the best so ordered the premier copper and i sont like it. I have more back pain with this mattress than ive ever had also this mattress gets very hot ro sleep on through the night.
