365 Trial is False

We have a Nectar Mattress and the first month to second we slept good. We then started feeling like our Nectar was feeling like the one we replaced and asked to have it replaced. Not a refund, a replacement. We were asked to send pictures, we did. Then they wanted more specific pics, we did. Then the pics were still not quite what they wanted. So, now we are back to sleeping like we did on our old mattress without a resolution to the problem. We are still within our 365 day trial. So, we believe the picture game is to drag things out to pass 365 so we have a whole different type of issues. 365 trial should be without complication, especially when a refund is not being requested, but should still granted even if it is. Hint's the term trial.

I heard Nectar mattresses advertised on several podcasts that I listen to. I made my purchase solely based on the fact that Nectar was supporting fledgling startups that I happened to enjoy listening to. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of ordering, the speed of shipping, the quality of the packaging and most of all, the awesomeness of my new Nectar mattress. My sincerest thanks to everyone at Nectar!

Been sleeping on it for about 5 weeks. Much improved compared to our old one. So far, only negative is how long it takes to recover normal level...15 minutes or so.

Very nice quality mattress, super comfortable too. It makes it hard to get out of bed...haha. although I wish the packaging was a bit easier to open up, the little tool made for cutting the plastic that came with the mattress broke shortly after unwrapping.

It's so comfortable, and the pillows too are so comfortable!!
I loved it since the first night I got to sleep on it. It's not as heavy as I thought it was going to be like the bed I had before. I recommend this bed!
And it doesn't make me hot, it stays cool
