I received this survey before I received my mattress. It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and I received the sheets, foundation, and Google Nest, but still no mattress. Ive called a few times and there is no clear reason why it hasnt shipped yet.

I waited nearly 5-6 weeks for this mattress. I had very high hopes with the great reviews and amazing replacement warranty, it’s a no brained to buy.
I get the mattress and follow everything. Mattress had approximately 14” on a wet area and not only was it moldy, it had a bad smell.
I called and the rep was not helpful at all. He kept saying all of this was normal. NOT!!
I started the return process and jumped through so many hoops to get rid of this less than acceptable product. They needed pictures of the whole bed, pictures of where the moldy area was. It’s taken at least 3-4 weeks. Their guarantee is not as glowing as it reads. I’m so disappointed and angry at the rules and regulations of my return.

Horrible!!

This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Goes flat within 15 minutes of laying on it. I was extremely excited for my mattress to arrive over a month after the date I ordered and paid for it, and then was very quickly disappointed with the way the mattress sleeps. Hopeful for a smooth return/refund process.
