I am beyond happy with our new bed. I suffer from PTSD from Iraq and get horrible sleep. I also have a blown disc in my neck and lower back which makes it very hard to get good sleep as well. The 1st night I slept on our King size Nectar It was the best sleep I had in 14 years. I didn't toss and turn all night and my neck and back feel soooooo much better. I have been waking up in a better mood as well (I'm a grumpy person). I feel that this is the best thing I have ever spent money on and should have done it years ago.

Mattress arrived open and plastic torn mattress dirty we cleaned it it is very comfortable never heard back from customer service

Love the mattress. But the bed frame they sent me wasn’t the correct size so when u buy from them make sure your order is right cause u will have to jump threw hoops for them to make it right.

Uncomfortable

We bought this mattress July of 2020. We had to get a new one as of October 2020 due to the mattress dipping one side. Now a year of sleeping on this mattress I will say it is not that comfortable at all. I wake up in so much pain everyday. So now with this I will never buy a mattress online in a box again. I am a side sleeper it says it’s great for side sleepers but that is not true. Customer service was great when we had to get a new mattress due to the dipping. So customer is great but this mattress is horrible.
