The Best Customer Service

So this mattress didn’t work for me unfortunately. However, I am still giving them 5 stars because the mattress is a good mattress! It’s just not good for how I specifically sleep. When I called to return it, they offered me a mattress topper for free to try. I did because why not? That still didn’t work for my back unfortunately so I called again to return it. They did everything WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE. I took a picture of my mattress and tags while the customer service rep waited, she put the information in for my refund while I waited. Now everything on their end is done and I just have a few more steps to get my refund. I really appreciate how great their customer service is. If you are thinking of trying this mattress, do it. If you don’t like it, it’s not even a hassle to return it. They are fantastic and it makes me so sad that this didn’t work for me.

Have had my new Nectar Premier for about 30 days and am not extremely happy with it! I got rid of my memory foam because it was too firm and now I am having the same issue with my Nectar! Hoping it will do what it says very soon! I need it to conform to my pressure points so I can sleep well and so far its still very firm!!!

Way too firm

I was very excited to get my mattress but have been sorely disappointed… (pun intended). It feels like you’re sleeping on the floor. I wake up in the middle of the night, with a sore hip and back. I had high hopes for this mattress but it has not lived up to the hype. I’ve been offered a soft mattress topper but I have to have owned the mattress for 14 days before I’m eligible to receive it. Very disappointed.

Beautiful painless sleep

I suffer from degenerative disc disorder and have never had restless sleep.... Until now. I can finally simple get up out of bed in the morning without having to stretch while in bed

My new Nectar Mattress

The most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. It was quick and easy to set up and only a slight odor from the packing process which was gone in no time.
The only problem I'm having is keeping it from sliding around on the Nectar (No, it DOES NOT fit a regular queen bed frame) Foundation!! Every night, before sleep, we have to center the mattress again!
