We love our new Nectar mattress! It came in convenient packaging, was easy to unpack, and was immediately comfortable. This is our first mail-order mattress, and we will go with Nectar again in the future!

Very hard and uncomfortable for my pressure points. Called after 2 nights of misery and waking up crying :sob: because I was hurting so bad only to be told we had to try it for at least 30 days before they could fully refund our money. If you have fibromyalgia DON’T BUY this mattress it is very hard and Not as they say, that it supports all parts of your body with memory foam. It was a nightmare for me. Only gave “1” Star because you had to press something to give a review. Otherwise I would have given “0” Stars. The pillows came 2-3 weeks before mattress and they are very comfortable memory foam and cool to sleep on. I was excited thinking the mattress would be like this. Not the case at all. So entirely different. Sorry Nectar but the Representative lied to us. This bed is hard as a rock and Not for someone with Fibromyalgia that suffers with Muscle problems daily!!!:sob::sob::sob:

I was skeptical at first. Having never had a memory foam mattress, I was not sure I would like it.
It took quite a while to arrive. Over a month and communication from the manufacture was inadequate.
But, now that it arrived and I have had the chance to sleep on it. I am very pleased.
Extremely comfortable! Since sleeping on it, I sleep solid and feel more rested when I wake.
