Comfortable but not liking the sides collapsing

Shipping took a couple of months before we finally received it. The box was damaged but the mattress was intact and okay. The box is very heavy and I had to struggle with it since my husband had a recent back injury. I'm a 5'3" lady and it was a pain to get it into the house then push it to the bedroom and remove it from the box. When I finally removed the wrapping I heard a hissing sound and come to find out the plastic bag had a huge hole so the mattress started to inflate before I had taken off the bag soI had to rush and cut the bag off. There were no instructions in the bag so I had to figure out which side was the top and which end was the foot. I ended up having to turn the inflating mattress several times (all by myself) so it was right side up and I could plop it down on the bed platform. It was definitely a struggle! The bed is comfortable but the sides collapse when you sit on the edge. I have to remember to not put my full weight on so I don't slip off the bed. I hope I end up liking it. My husband has tried it but he also has to watch the edge and he doesn't want to fall off it with his bad back. We'll test it out. At least there's a year trial period. Hopefully it won't take that long to decide to keep or return it.

Upgraded from a bad mattress. Sleep is noticeably better, usually a side sleeper!

Great night sleep

In the past I have had trouble sleeping due to neck and back pain. I have found with my new mattress and pillows this problem is becoming less evident. I love this mattress and how I feel after sleeping on it

Legit mattress

Good price for this mattress. Had a sleep number which I gave up to get this mattress. I have a bad back but after sleeping in my new Nectar mattress I dont wake up with a sore back anymore.
