Poor Customer Service

This is our 2nd bed we have purchased. And truly do love the product. However, my college age daughters bed frame broke right after she installed the bed. We had it for several months before the renovations where completed in her apartment. Anyway, the frame is broken and needs to be replace..In order to have it replace I need to get pictures of the failed frame, bed on the floor, and the sewn information in the top of it will the serial numbers. This is crazy. It is just a simple bed frame that needs to be replaced. I would be happy to return the broken one. Poor Customer Service

Love this mattress!

I purchased a king frame with headboard, king mattress, and got a freebie package (mattress pad, 2 king pillows, and king sheet set). So far, I love everything about this bed. It's more low profile than my previous bed. It's easier to get into and out of the bed. This is good for my husband and myself as we are beginning to age and have health issues. I love the roominess of the king size bed. Either one of us can get out of the bed without disturbing the other. We also stay cool in this bed. Overall, we love our new Nectar bed. We both sleep better in this bed than we had in our previous bed.
