Very comfortable mattress! I am a side sleeper with shoulder and back problems. This mattress is soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough to feel my spine aligned well even sleeping on my sides.!

Highly disappointed!

I purchased this mattress with high hopes it would be a nice upgrade from our old mattress as well as help with less back aches.
Unfortunately the first mattress we received was sinking and must have been a defect. After an hour on the phone with customer service and sending pictures while on the phone with them they sent me a new one. Recently we received our new one and although it doesn't appear to sink as the other it still sinks some and is extremely uncomfortable. My husband and i have back pain now more now then ever. I am anxious to see if they will own up to their return warranty as advertised because we are now going to need to purchase a whole new mattress. I do not recommend the necter!

Ordered 5/26/21. Received it last week 6/16 and opened 6/17. Middle never inflated. It’s at 4 inches while the foot and head are 11. Made to wait 72 hours even though it was clear almost immediately we got a defective product. Now they are replacing it, but telling us we’ll once again be waiting 4-5 weeks for a replacement on THEIR faulty product. Absolutely unacceptable.

This mattress is too soft and not supportive especially around the edges. Would like to return it for a refund
