I like it better than my old mattress. Don’t wake up as sore on my hips. I would prefer it to be a bit softer

Sorry, but if a firmness level of “ideal” is the selling point, this product sorely misses that benchmark. Little to no support for anyone with any back condition, let alone those who do not.

I bought this mattress because I've had lower back surgery years ago and the mattress ive had for almost 5 years was absolutely terrible. I looked up best mattresses for back pain and this was at the top or number 2 on most lists I found. It has been beneficial no doubt and I dont wake up sore any more. Thank you!
