We ordered 2 twin mattresses.

We ordered 2 twin mattresses. The cover on 1 was ripped. After waiting weeks for a replacement they sent us another that was significantly poorer quality than the original.

Love our new bed!

We recently upsized to a King and after much research we chose the Nectar Premier Copper Mattress. I sleep very hot and this mattress has really helped to reduce that feeling. The new pillows with the cooling covers help and we love the sheets! We also purchased the bed frame and headboard and the total look was exactly what we envisioned for our bedroom space. We had an issue with the delivery of the headboard but after contacting customer service, they jumped on I t immediately and the issue was resolved. We even received a partial refund! All in all, we are very satisfied with the product, price, and support and recommend Nectar to our friends regularly. Keep up the great work and thanks for a good night’s sleep!

Too soft for me

This mattress may be perfect for some but it is sadly far too soft for me. My research showed that it's great for side sleepers with shoulder problems but it seems to be making my should worse. I'm not knocking the product, it's just not good for me and having to wait until day 31 to return it is really a drag.

The mattress is super-comfortable on our platform bed frame. We sleep like babies, but without the crying. Good support but soft and snuggly.
