My husband has struggled with back and hip pain for years. After 2 nights sleeping in our new Nectar mattress, he is pain free. He can’t stop raving about how good he feels!

I was looking for a good mattress and I found the Nectar with thousands of excellent reviews so I was excited and purchased mine. I had to wait six weeks to get my mattress delivered but I didn’t mind because I thought that the the wait was worthed it.
The first night sleeping in my new mattress was really bad because I was sinking and falling from bed. My back was hurting the next day, but since it was the first night I waited for the mattress to get a better shape. It's been over a week and nothing changed so I decided to contact them for a refund. They asked me to send them pictures and explain the problems so I did it. I want my money back and they're offering me a new mattress or a different one from one of their sister's companies. I don't want their mattresses and I don't know if mine was defective but I don't want to take the risk.
