Not bad at all

According to my Garmin watch I average 1h 3m deep sleep, 4h 46m light sleep, 1h 45m REM, and 6 minutes spent awake per night. I didn't have sleep tracking before buying a Nectar mattress, but it's comfortable so I presume it's helping. Also, since this mattress arrived I've cycled to the top of a mountain, done my first 5 and 10ks, and ran a half marathon. No telling the role Nectar has played in this, but good performance starts with good sleep. The dogs like it too, so much so that we bought the 75lb Golden his own Nectar mattress.

I am disappointed in the amount of heat retention the mattress has . I hoped it would be cooler with the combination of foams. Must say as far as comfort is concerned, I do think it quite comfortable. If only it was cooler
