Like the mattress, Hated the long wait!

It took us over a month to get our mattress. First our accessories arrived after about 2 weeks, then the frame a little while later and the mattress 2 weeks after. The shipping updates were poorly communicated, and overall slow process.
Mattress is good quality. Frame is impressive.
The bedding- sheets, etc. are so silky.Love those. Pillows need more give, but still nice.
If speed of delivery/communications was better, would be 4.5 stars. Overall, VERY good value!

I have only had it about a month and I love it!! It forms to my body and I sleep so soundly. My cat even loves it! Only problem was the long wait for the mattress.
