Its takes time to get used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress when your used to sleeping on a regular spring type mattress. The mattress also keeps your body heat in so you don't get cold that's for sure. It may take a month or so sleeping on it to get used to it otherwise I kinda like it.

I received a incomplete Bed frame with headboard, I was shocked at the low quality. I was lied to by a Customer Service Rep saying they would expedite my order because of my issues with the bedframe. I had to ask several times to speak with a manager. Instead of honoring what I was told. Turning a negative into a positive, they mislead me into believing the next bed frame I was being sent was better quality. I was told that my new bedframe was manufactured by a different Company and It was Built differently. I was sent the exact same frame today that I received the first time. I am disabled and sleeping the floor debilitating back pain, Waiting on my mattress but now afraid to use the bedframe once I have everything finally . I have read hundreds of reviews about the bed frame collapsing due to the slats failing or one of the PLASTIC LEGS FAILING. If this happened to me I may never be able to walk again. I can't withstand sleeping on the floor much longer so I am also afraid of canceling my order, If i do I'll just have to wait again. I can't afford much and buying this was just my attempt to have a goodnights rest that i haven't had in many years. Don't expect anyone to put a customer in need over policy. I just stuck and out of luck! Compassion is a thing of the past with Nectar.
