Still no mattress

Placed an order for the Lush Mattress and adjustable frame on April 12th. Received the frame by that Saturday, mattress still showed processing. Gave it another week and still no update. Called and was given an estimated ship date of the 22nd, the 22nd came and went. Called again, was given a ship date by the 29th, the 29th came and went. Called one more time and now being told by May 7th. If the time it takes to receive our order is any indication of the quality of the mattress, we may cancel. This is not a good way to conduct business. There should be an advertisement when ordering saying "may take longer than a month to receive your mattress", but I guess being honest with customers before you give them money won't make them a profit.

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with someone. I received the wrong mattress I purchase due to manufacturer fault. I have been given the run around. I am throwing this mattress out.

I'm 67 years old and this bed is the absolute best bed I've ever had! Customer service is excellent as well and are willing to help you in any way they can. I tell everyone I know how much I love this bed.

Don't bother to buy the foundation! It's complete garbage. The legs are plastic and broke off after a year of use. I'm stuck paying for another one. The mattress is pretty comfortable, though.

Slept on the nectar mattress for one night and I can already tell a huge difference in my back pain. Hands down the best night of sleep I've had in a long time !!
