It’s the best mattress I have ever had shipping it was a terrible experience but once it got delivered everything was as advertised

Hot and back pain

I am a back sleeper and this mattress is too firm for me. My lower back aches more than ever as the mattress is not able to fill the gap between my back and my flutes. The back remains arched and without support and I wake up with back pain everyday. Any back sleeper experiencing the same?
It is also very hot for me. I have not had a good night sleep ever since I bought it unfortunately.

I'm very pleased with the mattress and the sleep bundle. I sleep well every night and wake up with no neck or back pain! It's great!!!

Waited 2 weeks for mattress and it arrived covered with some type of glue. Crease would not come out. Offered replacement but told me the replacement would be 3-4 weeks before it ships. Also I need to dispose of old mattress.

I really like the mattress which is my main reason for buying, the more you sleep on it the better it gets. the pillows that came with it are too hard in my opinion, wish they were as soft as the mattress, Iv tried to sleep on them to “break them in” but still seems like a brick.
