Mattress has caved in, owned less than a year

The mattress has two giant dead spots where my husband and I lay after owning for less than a year & rotating the mattress multiple times. There is 0 support left. The only comfortable spot on the bed is in the middle where no one has consistently laid. My husband and I are very average size people, we are not considered overweight, so I do not understand why our bed has basically become two giant sinkholes where we sleep. This has caused many sleepless and uncomfortable nights. Do not recommended.

This is a twin XL, so it is not very wide. When I roll to one side, the mattress compresses so much that it will toss me out of bed! I am told that I must continue this torture for another week, before Nectar will address my concerns. I have to purchase another mattress from another comp

This bed is not good for side sleepers... it was firm for 3 weeks and now, my body sinks into the bed and it's causing a whole lot of other issues. Will not recommend.

Nectar Mattress did not hold up

The first mattress I received would not even unfold. I contacted them and after exchanging photos am several emails they sent me a new mattress. That one unfolded fine and at first I loved the mattress, fast forward to about the one year mark, mattress is not holding up. When my spouse and I lay on the bed it feels like I am up on a mountain and he is in a valley. I contacted Nectar for a refund and low and behold they are trying to say that my 365 night guarantee started when I got the first mattress so I am not eligible for a refund. Really???? The trail period started when I had a defective mattress right out of the box that I never got to sleep on? Thanks for nothing Nectar, your product didn't hold up and you wont honor your end....dually noted.
Do not buy a Nectar mattress. It will not last.
