Firm! This mattress is definitely on the firmer side. However, it works for me and my partner. If you’re not into a firm mattress, this may not be the one for you.

I have this mattress in a second home in the mountains and have loved the firmness and great support coupled with comfort. I bought another mattress for my primary residence and it is uneven in firmness. Maybe this was because I slept on the mattress about 6 hours after unwrapping, but the difference between the left and right side is noticeable. I wonder if this is also because my primary residence is in a much warmer area.

Bed and customer service

The quality of the bed seems to be good. However everything else about this purchase was an absolute nightmare. I was sent and charged for a bed frame I didn't want. I cancelled it before they shipped it and they still turned around and shipped it anyway. I returned the item and almost a week after they received it back I've yet to get my refund. I highly suggest you look into other companies for your next bed.

Very warm to sleep on!!!

Very warm to sleep on!!! Ever since I have got this bed I sweat every night and it’s frustrating. I have tried everything to help stop sweating and I have never sweat before sleeping on this bed!! Stay away. I am returning it!! Can’t even sleep on my own bed, thanks to this mattress.

Best Purchase EVER

I love my bed so much! My husband is 6”7 so we upgraded from a Queen to this and we both love it! I work from home downstairs but certain days I’m ready to risk being late clocking in because this bed is so comfortable. I don’t wake up feeling achy or anything so it’s definitely worth EVERY Penny!!
