My Nectar is awesome. I'm a big guy with a bad back. Since I started sleeping on this mattress I'm finally getting a good night sleep and I'm able to get around better during the day due to less pain . Worth every penny.

Not as comfortable as expected

We had purchased a Nectar mattress in twin XL for mother-in-law and the two family members who have slept on that mattress said it was like sleeping on a cloud (when pressing down on the mattress it is really soft and cushy). So, we ordered a Nectar mattress in queen size for our bed expecting the same level of softness. Since first sleeping on the queen size mattress (beginning about 2 weeks ago) we feel more rested than our old mattress, but it is NOT the soft cushy "sleeping on a cloud" experience we had hoped for as is for the twin XL bed we have. It makes me wonder what is different - we ordered the very same model, just a different size.

Mattress too firm

I got it for side sleeping but it's way to firm. Will have to return it if the foam doesn't soften up. I've had it for a couple months and still very firm.

Worst mattress quality ever

We bought 4 mattresses and 3 were damaged and the replacement was also damaged. Very poor quality control . Copper mattress won’t puff. Replacement won’t puff . Sucks big time . Do not buy this brand !!! I got 4 for us and kids and just one was good .

Do not buy horrible back and neck pain

I'll start by saying the first few months we had this mattress it was fine then after about the third month our backs are hurting really bad. Now that we've had it just barley over a year we've had to replace the bed frame three times now through nectar... The mattress is already sagging and they say it's normal but clearly it shouldn't be sagging like this. Everyday we wake up with either a migraine or back pain so bad that we can barely move. Not to mention we wake up covered in sweat this is was a never a thing till this bed... The washable cover if you wash it it turns orange and shrinks or rips. We highly do not recommend this bed to anybody who is wanting a new bed. Save yourself the back pain in trouble.
