After almost one month my

After almost one month my mattress still hasn’t fully gained unboxed shape. One side ever has a slant and the corners remain the uninflated shape they were in the box. I was skeptical of beds in a box and if I had it to do over again I would not buy this mattress.

We purchased this for my 11yo daughter to upgrade from the sad excuse of a mattress she had (we're crushing this adulting thing). Anyway, her back had been killing her which prompted this purchase, and we have zero regrets. What's better than buying an amazing mattress to silence the whining?! But seriously, the quality is incredible and I even have mattress envy ... I might put one of these on my Christmas list!

i got the nectar memory foam mattress 12-in and it's so freaking soft I can't believe how soft it is and it's comfortable I seen some reviews that it would sag on the edges but I'm heavy 250 lbs and it's just fine for me I love this mattress and I'm so glad it has a lifetime warranty

Shipping is a joke

Our Nectar mattress arrived... without the frame, even though the shipping dates were the same. Now, since they missed the shipping date for the frame, they changed the estimated date to Dec 7 - 9. However, nobody in Nectar customer service really knows what's going on. They just say the order is "still processing". I really don't understand how it's still "processing" when both items were on the same order. And, since it's under 30 days, I can return it yet.
