Great Mattress, Poor Frame and Sheet Set

The mattress feels comfortable. The headboard arrived broken and the rest of the frame is very flimsy. The sheets that had a rip in the fitted sheet. Customer service was great on the phone and said they would send us replacement headboard and sheet. However for the price we paid we expected a much higher quality frame and bedding set. Hopefully the mattress holds up better than accessories…

I bought this mattress guided by reviews...it's horrible...hard and soft like sleeping in my dog's bed...my back hurts...I'll try it for a few days to give it another chance but if it doesn't convince me I'll return it ... what a disappointment

Very bad mattress for stomach sleepers

I brought queen size mattresses recently and after using it for just one night , woke up with very bad back pain. Reach out to customer service for return and they asked me to use it for 30 days in order so that body get adjusted to mattress, what a ridiculous suggestion?

Worst Purchase Ever

If you are considering an adjustable bed and mattress, trust me, invest the money and by the serta. We bought our nectar about a year and a half ago. We were extremely unhappy with the mattress. So we started the journey to upgrade and try the upgraded mattress with the dual action cooling and activecool HD option. It was an act of congress to upgrade a they kept fighting us even though they say you have 365 days to change your mind. After months of fighting with the company we finally received the new mattress. I was hopeful that the upgraded mattress would be what we wanted. But I was highly disappointed as the so called cooling features do not work and the upgraded mattress is very hard. It is so hard that the mattress does not bend with the adjustable base. Instead it sticks up in the air. Also, the split base is horrible, if one side is up and the other is down the person sleeping on the up side slides down onto the other person. So it's back to fighting with the company to get rid of this mattress as well.

Picked up the mattress from a local retailer because the price was right and I could have it immediately. Being a bigger guy I tend to lean toward a former mattress but thought I'd take a chance. One year in and all the pressure points are broke down along with the edge. For the first 8 months It was very comfortable, unfortunately there are mattresses at or below this price that hold up far better with equal comfort. Not sure if I qualify for the warranty as I didn't buy online. Either way I think it's back to a hybrid.
