Sent Incorrect Product and Will Not Rectify

Shortly after receiving my mattress I had a death in the family, and left the country for a couple months to be with my family. When I returned a few months later I opened my premier mattress and noted that it did not air up to the 13inches advertised. I reach out to Nectar and they refuse to do anything about it. They said since if was in the box past 90 days I can not return and they can not refund anything and that the mattress was compromised. I have not seen that in any wording and not sure how a vacuum packed mattress will be affected by just being in a box. They are charging me for the premier mattress but sent me the basic mattress. Wish I had purchased elsewhere. You should do the same.

Nectar is super great!

Hi, I just got my twin mattress today. And so far it's super soft to the touch. It takes 3-5 hours for it to build up enough to sleep on it. The rest of the time is 48 hours for it to expand fully. It even has a zipper which my old mattress didn't have at all. And they also have a 365 sleep trail. I absolutely love it!! And it's perfect for the sleepers who are over weight too. I mean I'm almost 400 pounds and it would support me.
