Awesome Mattress,Not So Awesome Fit

I love my new king Nectar bed, but the frame is smaller than the mattress and hangs over a bit. Is this how it’s supposed to fit?

6'5", bad back.

I purchased a bed due to my old mattress causing back pain. I wasn't positive the old mattress was the culprit, but after one night my back felt better, and within a week I was cured

Too soft and it cool

My husband absolutely loves it, but he loves memory foam. I prefer a firmer mattress but I agreed to try the Nectar mattress. You have to keep the protective cover on the mattress so it’s hard to feel it cooling. I’m a side And stomach sleeper so foam mattresses doesn’t work well for me.

Mattress is great, bedframe is not

I bought a queen size frame with storage. I can only use the left drawer. The right one is jammed shut and I would have to pry it open. The materials aren't that great, even the left drawer has damage. I'm not sure if it happened at the factory or during shipment.

Well it has been well over 30 days and it has not completely flattened out and it does mot fill in the bed frame as well.
