Great mattress for our child

The mattress has been a great change for our 10 year old child. The sleep quality has been better and there is not as much of a fight to go to bed now that there is something comfortable to go to :)

If you sit on the side or lay near it, you feel like it wants to roll you out... I stay in the center then mostly and it's quite comfortable there. Easy to move in, but am in pain when i wake up. Much better than my old bed hands down!

I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress.
In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did.
Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real!
At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic.
Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

Sleeping like a baby

Ordering a mattress online can be a gamble but Nectar had so many great reviews I thought I’d give them a try. All I know is I’ve been sleeping so solid and deep throughout the night. I’d definitely recommend to others.

The Nectar Mattress is absolutely amazing.

I am currently on vacation and staying with friends.
My friends after thorough research were so kind and purchased a nectar mattress as they needed one for their guest bedroom and with my arrival it was the perfect time to justify upgrading the guest bedroom bed.
I have been sleeping on the nectar mattress now for 2 weeks and it is the best mattress I have ever slept on in my life.
I wish nectar was sold in Australia because I would literally invest in a nectar mattress without any hesitation.
The quality is outstanding. The mattress even came with 2 amazing pillows, sheet set that’s softer than the clouds and a mattress protector with the current package deal nectar have going on at the moment.
Honestly writing this review I have lost track how many times I have repeated the words ‘amazing’ and ‘quality’ but this mattress is next level!
Back in Australia I always wake up with painful joints and a headache from my pillows but since I have been sleeping in this nectar mattress I have not woken ONCE with any pain. I highly recommend the nectar mattress, it is outstanding and tops any orthopaedic mattress I have ever slept on.
