I loved this bed when I received it last June...so comfy. Now, months later, the head of the mattress is sinking and my back is killing me from the lack of support. I believe it needs to be turned/flipped every few months but I didn't think this would be an issue under one year.

We have had our nectar mattress for maybe 5 years and it was real comfortable for awhile but now we have 2 pockets in it where we sleep, my husband and I can’t sleep in it anymore because it’s hurting our backs , just wondering if that’s a problem with any buddy else. Thank you

Looks like I'm the only non fan

So it looks like I mite have the unpopular opinion here lol, but I am not a big fan of the mattress. I will say customer service and adjustable base are good though. So I bought this mattress on a whim spur of the moment hey I qualified for payments time thing, and didn't really look into ALL of the mattresses that were available. With the bundle I chose the adjustable base which I have enjoyed. But I just can't seem to find any comfortably in the mattress, about 5 months in and a dozen or so nights of moving to the couch just for some decent sleep I decided it wasn't the mattress for me, well me not liking to complain I waited it out a little longer before reaching out to return, customer service offered an additional foam topper that I gladly accepted which made me feel even worse for wanting to return it. So now here I am 2 weeks after my 365 days with a mattress that I'm still not fond of, still tossing and turning on, n still waking up hot n sore with instead of returning for a partial refund and purchasing the copper mattress.

My husband and I are sleeping real good with our Nectar bed. We haven't had any issue with it being a hot bed.
